My first remodel and love was this two story Santa Clarita Home. With the lowest budget and largest floor plan of all our remodels to date, this home was a challenge. The kitchen cabinets were sanded and refinished. Knobs were added and the green tile in the kitchen was painted with tile paint. The windows are where we put our money! With such a low budget, we focused on changing the windows and doors for energy and insulation purposes. Once these were replaced, new moulding and knobs were added. This made a huge impact on the look of our space! All the bathroom vanities were changed and mirrors were replaced. This home had a total rehab without replacing any flooring, kitchen cabinets or counter tops!
